Conviv may request access to your device's location services. Location data is entirely optional and is used only to:
You can grant or revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. The app remains fully functional without location access. You can search for restaurants by name, city, or other criteria instead.
We do not store your location history. Location data is used in real time and is not retained on our servers after serving your request.
Conviv includes an AI-powered concierge that helps you discover restaurants. When you send a message to the concierge, your message is processed by Google's Gemini API to generate a response.
You can scan photos or share links with Conviv to identify restaurants mentioned in social media posts, articles, or images.
You may opt in to receive push notifications from Conviv. If you do, we store a device push token to deliver those notifications. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings. We will then stop sending notifications and delete your push token.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Specifically:

Conviv is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.
